What’s the difference between a stacked cake and a tiered cake?
Great question — it confuses a lot of people!
A stacked cake is when two (or more) cakes of the same size are placed directly on top of each other. For example, a double-stacked small is two small cakes stacked high to give you extra height and more servings.

A tiered cake, on the other hand, has different sized cakes stacked from largest at the bottom to smallest on top — kind of like what you'd see at a wedding. This gives a layered “tiered” look (like steps), and is often used for more formal occasions.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We deliver to Nowra and close surrounding areas on selected days. You’ll be able to choose delivery at checkout if it’s available for your location and date.

Are you open on public holidays?
No, we're closed on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and all public holidays so our team can enjoy time with their families.

You’ll find us at 50 Berry Street, Nowra, right across the road from the Roxy Cinema.

How much notice do you need for cake orders?
We typically need three business days’ notice for custom orders.
But if you’ve left it to the last minute—don’t stress!

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, we offer a selection of gluten-free and vegan cakes.
However, all our products are made in the same kitchen using shared equipment, so while we take every precaution, we can’t guarantee there won’t be traces of allergens.
We also don’t advertise any cakes as nut-free, as nuts are present on-site.

How long will my cake last?
Our cakes are designed especially to have a great shelf life. You’ll get at least 1.5 weeks from the day you collect your cake if it’s stored properly. Keep it refrigerated until about 1 hour before serving. If you have leftover cake, you can also freeze it - perfect for a sneaky treat later!

What’s the best way to serve my cake?
Room temperature is best (except for cheesecakes!). Take your cake out of the fridge 30–60 minutes before serving.
Cakes served cold straight from the fridge can be crumbly and might seem dry—but they’re not! They just need time to come to life.

What time will my order be ready to collect?
When you order online, you can select your preferred pickup time. We’ll make sure your cake is ready by then.

Can someone else pick up my cake for me?
Absolutely. Just make sure they know the name the order was placed under. Also, it’s important they know what they’re collecting. All cakes are shown at pickup, and it’s your responsibility to confirm everything is correct before leaving the store.

How should I transport my cake?

Keep your cake on a flat surface, not on a seat. The floor of the car is often best.

Make sure your car is cool—air-con on full blast is fine!

If it’s a tall or stacked cake, drive very slowly and carefully. Cakes are fragile and don’t love speed bumps!
